X-GRIP RaceReady Mousse EXTREME-2 – Built for the worst hard enduro days

Designed for Hard Enduro and Extreme Enduro, the EXTREME-2 is the softest and most aggressive version of the X-GRIP RaceReady Mousse family, built for riders who want maximum traction, strong damping and a soft race-ready feeling from the very first installation.

No drilling, no cutting, no guessing

One of the key features of the new mousse is its system of 30 directly moulded pressure reduction holes. These holes are not drilled afterwards, but created directly during the moulding process.

This means a cleaner material structure, better protection of the mousse surface and more consistent performance over time. For the rider, the idea is simple: no drilling, no cutting and no last-minute setup guessing before the race.

New RaceReady contour for more grip

The new RaceReady contour has been developed for modern Hard Enduro and Extreme Enduro tyres. Its flatter shape increases the contact patch, helping the tyre generate more grip on rocks, roots, wet ground and loose terrain.

At the same time, the wider outer contour adds more side stability and helps reduce unwanted tyre movement when the race gets rough, fast or properly ugly.

For riders attacking technical climbs, off-camber sections or slippery forest terrain, that extra support can make a big difference.

BEADFIT Technology for stability under load

The EXTREME-2 also features BEADFIT Technology, designed to support a more stable fitment between mousse, tyre and rim bed.

Under extreme load, this helps reduce unwanted tyre slip-in and improves control in demanding situations. Combined with the special outer contour, the mousse also offers better side support in off-camber sections, giving the rider more confidence when traction is low and mistakes are expensive.

The X-GRIP RaceReady Mousse EXTREME-2 is aimed at riders who want the softest RaceReady feel and maximum grip in the toughest conditions.

It is made for brutal extreme enduro races, tight technical sections, wet terrain and days where traction matters more than anything else.

The mousse is suitable for all common 140/80-18 tyres and uses the same base shape and compound family as the SOFT and MEDIUM versions, but with the most aggressive and traction-focused setup in the range.
