Based on KTM’s proven championship-winning enduro platform, the 2027 EXC 6DAYS models are built for riders who want more than just orange plastics and a sticker kit. These bikes are designed for long days, rough terrain, high pressure, and the kind of conditions where both rider and machine need to keep going when everything else starts falling apart.
For 2027, the line-up includes one 2-stroke model and four 4-stroke models, giving riders a full spread of options depending on their style, terrain, and how much trouble they want to get themselves into.

To mark the 100th edition, KTM gave the EXC 6DAYS range a special colour and graphics package inspired by the Portuguese landscape and national colours. The look is matched with a premium race-focused specification and a long list of 6DAYS-specific parts aimed at improving durability, control, and confidence when the trail turns nasty.
The range also offers access to KTM’s Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty in selected territories, as long as servicing and maintenance are carried out through authorised KTM dealers and according to KTM guidelines.
Each 2027 KTM EXC 6DAYS model comes ready with a serious list of race-focused components:
Together, these upgrades turn the EXC 6DAYS range into a package made for long, punishing race days — more protection, better control, and less panic when the bike starts meeting rocks, roots, heat, mud, and everything else the 6DAYS can throw at it.
The 2027 range keeps things simple but effective.

Whether riders want the lightweight punch and hard enduro flavour of the 300 EXC, the balanced feel of the 350 EXC-F, or the big torque of the 450 and 500, KTM has covered the full enduro spectrum.
For racers who want the complete experience, KTM will also offer the chance to ride the 6DAYS® FIM Enduro of Nations in Portugal aboard a 2027 KTM EXC 6DAYS, with exclusive Race Service and Rental Packages available.
That means riders can show up with the dream, the gear, and the legs — while KTM handles the orange weapon.
The new 2027 KTM EXC 6DAYS range will start rolling off the Austrian production line in July, with availability through authorised KTM dealers from August.
KTM says this is a tribute to 100 years of 6DAYS history. Riders will say it’s a shiny orange excuse to buy another bike. Either way, with a radiator fan, skid plate, Metzeler 6 Days tyres, and enough orange parts to be seen from space, at least you’ll look factory while pretending you didn’t stall on the first muddy climb.
