Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Josep Garcia has officially secured the 2026 EnduroGP World Championship, wrapping up the title one round before the end of the season after another outstanding performance at the French Grand Prix in Saint-Agrève.
With this achievement, the Spaniard becomes a three-time consecutive EnduroGP World Champion, adding the 2026 crown to the titles he claimed in 2024 and 2025, further cementing his place among the sport’s elite.
Championship Secured in France
Garcia arrived in France carrying a comfortable 34-point advantage over teammate and closest rival Andrea Verona. A solid weekend in Saint-Agrève was all he needed to mathematically secure the championship before the final round of the season.
With the title now decided, the 2026 EnduroGP World Championship will conclude at the GP of Wales (August 7–9), where Garcia will race without the pressure of defending his points lead.
A Season of Complete Dominance
The 2026 campaign has once again highlighted why Josep Garcia is currently the benchmark in EnduroGP.
Besides claiming his third consecutive EnduroGP title, the KTM rider also continues to dominate the Enduro1 World Championship, where he remains unbeaten after 11 consecutive class victories this season.
His consistency, outright speed, and ability to perform under pressure have made him the rider everyone has been chasing throughout the year.
Building a Legacy
Garcia first reached the top of EnduroGP in 2024, coincidentally also securing the championship in France. He successfully defended his title in 2025, and now completes an impressive hat-trick with the 2026 World Championship, becoming one of the defining figures of modern enduro.
At just a few seasons into his EnduroGP career, the Spaniard has already established himself as one of the sport’s biggest stars, and with several prime racing years still ahead, his trophy cabinet may be far from complete.
