Second day of racing in Romania at Golden Mountain saw a great battle between Jozsa Norbert Levente – Master Bike Cluj’s rider and the young gun from Austria, Dieter Rudolf!

The soil was also dry today so the riders had to twist the throttle pretty hard especially in the fast parts of the track. In the leaders board the battle for first place was won today by the GASGAS Romania’s supported rider, Jozsa Norbert.

“I had a nice battle with Dieter Rudolf. We banged bars all day! Just in the last uphill, near the finish line, I saw him struggle to get up. There I knew that now is the moment to push hard, which I did and I managed to be about 5 minutes before him in the finish line!”

Unfortunately, Jozsa Norbert’s teammate, Ervin Kovacs, made a navigational mistake and now he is in 6th or 7th place! We’ll be back with the full results when they are official!
