Riders battled through slippy slopes and cheeky rock gardens, signature Heniu chaos unleashed early!
PRO CLASS – TOP 3 BATTLE RECAP
Norbert Levente Jozsa (Master Bike Cluj) set the pace from the start, tearing through the rain-slicked prolog in 46:21 – a masterclass in control and aggression.
Just 2 minutes and 49 seconds behind, Kornel Ott Jr. (Go Racing Hungary) pushed hard, riding with the hunger of a rising star – he’s clearly eyeing the top step!
Vlad Hambășan (Master Bike Cluj) claimed third, trailing Kornel by only 1 minute and 45 seconds, showing he’s within striking distance if things get tricky tomorrow.

EXPERT CLASS – NECK AND NECK!
Tamas Elekes (Go Racing) flew through in 52:22, locking down first with clean lines and relentless pace.
Just 43 seconds back, David Ioan Ignat (Black Ryders Sibiu) was nipping at his heels all the way – one mistake tomorrow and he could snatch the lead!
Leonardo Coradi Gherman (Master Bike Cluj) came in 52 seconds behind David, proving this class is wide open.
Total gap from 1st to 3rd: 1 min 35 sec – get ready for a thriller!
VETERAN CLASS – EXPERIENCE IN ACTION
Ioan Gherman (Master Bike Cluj) nailed it with a time of 1:06:39, showing the younger classes how it’s done.
Gheorghe Orzan (Motokron Racing Team) followed at 1:15:46, trailing by 9 minutes and 7 seconds – still within striking range if the terrain bites back tomorrow.
Daniel Conopan (Dirt Bike Riders Baia Mare) clocked 1:17:17, just 1 min 31 sec behind Orzan – this veteran fight is far from over!
HOBBY CLASS – MILLIMETERS MATTER!
Rares Alexandru Murgoi (Master Bike Cluj) came out flying with 47:48.
A blink behind at 47:59, David Pop (Master Bike Cluj) missed the top spot by only 11 seconds!
Vlad Nicolae Balogh (Master Bike Cluj) secured third with 50:42, just 2 min 43 sec off the leader.

WOMEN’S CLASS – GRIT IN THE MUD
Madalina Serbanica (ACS Odobesti) led strong with 2:49:08 despite brutal conditions.
Anda Maria Salajan (Master Bike Cluj) chased her with 3:04:49, a gap of 15 min 41 sec – still enough to mount a comeback!
Andrea Barabas Agoston (Master Bike Cluj) finished in 3:42:40, and anything can happen in Heniu’s hellish Day 2!

Constantin Roth (Black Ryders Sibiu) was 2 min 50 sec behind, pushing hard and still very much in play.
