Abestone Hard Enduro delivered everything — blue skies, dry rock, and a field that gave everything from the first qualification lap to the final Straight Rhythm run.
Manuel Lettenbichler set the pace all day, topping qualification by less than a second over Billy Bolt before taking the Gold Sprint Race. But the story of the day belonged to the juniors: James Moore finished second overall and Ashton Brightmore third — both Junior World Championship contenders racing wheel-to-wheel with the best in the world.
To close out the evening, World SuperEnduro Champion Billy Bolt reminded everyone why he holds that title, winning the Straight Rhythm through the knockout eliminations under the Abetone lights.
