Ups and downs for Jozsa Norbert Levente at Hard Enduro Piatra Craiului 2023! David Cyprian took the WIN.

What a race! Hard Enduro Piatra Craiului was a blast, with lots of action! The tracks here are unique in the country due to the insane mountains!

As we said, it was a change of places between Norbi and David through the whole race. The Prologue had David Cyprian as as winner but on DAY 1, Jozsa Norbert charged hard and made more than a minute gap between him and Cyprian.

Starting last day of racing Norbi had just one thing to do, to reach the finish line, even following Davic closely. But this is racing so, here we go.

“Right after the start, the front part of the bike came loose, and I had to remove the headlight and the mask. Here David passed me. I recovered and when I meet with David again, I broke the gear lever. Had to stop again to replace it with the one in my bag. Again, I lost about 3 minutes here. Back on the bike I managed somehow to recover again the gap but in a river, riding with David, a steel cable got my back wheel. Here I spent more than 10 minutes to release the wheel.” said Norbi for Zona Enduro.

VARGA Zsolt and FURTUNĂ Ciprian Codruț both NordicaMoto’s riders, managed to keep their position in 3rd and 4th place. In Top5 is GUIMAN Gheorghe Alexandru. Raul Patrău, even if he had the 3rd time of today, the bad result form Day 1 made him miss the Top5 by just a little over 1 minute.

• VETERAN class had the classic battle between Zdenek Cyprian and Stroșteanu Bart. On the podium is GRIGORAȘ Gabriel – the newest veteran of this year, but with the heart of a teenager!
• GRIGORAȘ Maria won the girls class followed by BINDER-MOSS Leni and BOZESAN Mariana! It was nice to see that girls are coming into the sport, 8 for the 5th Hard Enduro Piatra Craiului Edition.
• MARIN Raul Marian is the fastest EXPERT rider. 11 minutes behing is DUMITRU Ioan and in 3rd place SULEA Cezar Nicolae. GAGAT Tomasz Marcin and OTT Kornel Jun. are in Top5.
• SULICA Lucian Florin won the HOBBY class while STOLAR Lukas was over 21 minutes behind. VINERSAR Cristian Vasile completes the podium. STERP Ilie and BOR Mate Gabor got the Top5.

All in all, Hard Enduro Piatra Craiului 2023 was again a great race, with awesome tracks, pure hard enduro. A race supported by Moto24.ro and Ford Brasov. ATH Moto supported the riders on the podium with vouchers worth 2500 Euro!
