For riders looking to experience real Romanian Hard Enduro without worrying about bikes, accommodation or logistics, Ride_Nordica offers a complete riding experience in the mountains of Harghita.
Based in the heart of one of Romania’s strongest Hard Enduro regions, Ride_Nordica was created by experienced riders Varga Zsolt and Kovacs Balazs, combining competition experience, local trail knowledge and event organization into professionally guided enduro tours.
Varga Zsolt brings extensive international racing experience, including multiple finishes in the Red Bull Romaniacs Gold Class, a finish at Sea to Sky, and numerous podium results in the PRO class of the Romanian Hard Enduro Championship. His experience with technical terrain, line selection and bike control translates directly into the tours, where routes can be adapted to each rider’s ability.
Alongside him is Kovacs Balazs, Romanian and Hungarian Endurocross Champion, Red Bull Romaniacs Silver Class finisher and the main organizer behind Ditrocks Hard Enduro, one of the major Hard Enduro events held in Harghita. His background in both racing and event organization brings another important element to Ride_Nordica: understanding how to create challenging riding while keeping logistics, safety and the overall rider experience under control.
Hard Enduro, without the logistics
Ride_Nordica currently offers three main packages, all with personalized difficulty:
- 2 Days Enduro Tour – 2 riding days and 3 nights of accommodation, from €790 per person
- 3 Days Enduro Tour – 3 riding days and 4 nights of accommodation, from €990 per person
- 5 Days Enduro Tour – 5 riding days and 6 nights of accommodation, from €1,490 per person
Riders can expect approximately six to eight hours on the bike each day, with routes mixing flowing forest trails, technical sections, steep rocky climbs and mountain terrain. The itinerary can also be adjusted depending on weather conditions, the group’s riding level and what riders want to experience.
The packages include a fully prepared rental motorcycle, fuel and daily bike maintenance, professional local guides, accommodation, breakfast and dinner, plus a Ride_Nordica riding jersey. Premium accommodation and wellness facilities are also part of the recovery experience after a full day in the mountains.
Airport transfers can be added for €50 per person, while riders are expected to bring their own helmet, boots and protective riding equipment. An appropriate extreme-sports insurance for the duration of the trip is recommended.
