In the SuperTest Andy had not a really good start, he had a puncture in the timed practice. “I took a rear puncture in timed practice so I had to take a quick pit stop to change the tube. Still, at the end of the day I took the win by a 3 seconds margin,” said Andy.

Second day in Turkey starts for the English rider with the SuperTest where he beats his previous time with another 3 seconds. Also at the end of the day Andy had almost 1 minutes in front of his closest rival in E2, Giannis Trigas. “The Cross Test and the Enduro Test where real nice! Enduro Test was a mix of fire road, rivers, mud holes and forest trails. Suited me perfect, kind of like the Romanian trails.”

Andy Noakley decided to slow down a little bit for last day of racing. “I decided to slow the pace a little on lap 2 and the Greek rider in 2nd made 10 seconds back which got me a little worried. So on lap 3 I pushed hard and gained another 40 seconds which set me up comfortably going in to the final lap with over a minute lead. In last lap on the Enduro Test I got stuck for 20 seconds or so in a mud hole! So I went full gas to the finish and managed to gain the time back to still be over 1 min in the lead and winning the Turkish Championship and East European Championship.”
