At the front, it turned into a big fight between Trystan Hart and Manuel Lettenbichler. Mani pushed hard as always, but Hart found the move that mattered on a huge loose rock climb. Once he got away there, he managed to open the gap and bring home a massive win on home-style terrain.

The same rock section almost became the headline for the wrong reason when Teodor Kabakchiev had a wild moment and somehow managed to survive what looked like a proper “hold your breath” crash. Hard enduro, ladies and gentlemen — one second you’re racing, the next you’re wondering if gravity has a personal problem with you.
