Leatt has unveiled its 2026 Moto range, led by the all-new 5.5 Moto Apparel — the lightest and most advanced race kit the brand has produced to date.
Every seam, panel, and feature of the 5.5 Moto lineup is engineered to give riders an edge on track or in the desert. The focus is on smarter design, improved cooling, and durability that stands up to real racing.
A refined 360-degree stretch race fit delivers a second-skin feel, while aerodynamic seamless panels reduce drag. Airflow is handled by more than 566 precision laser-cut perforations to keep riders cool in intense heat, complemented by advanced mesh fabrics treated for enhanced cooling.
Virtually seamless panels finished with taped edges increase durability and reduce irritation. A minimalistic 3D-panel construction and a Twisted Yarn Micro Mesh shell combine with an ergonomic 3D shape for maximum flexibility — at 47.5 percent less weight than previous models — without sacrificing strength. The Hypalon Belt System guarantees a secure waist fit. Knee zones are tailored for use with knee braces and include added protection against wear, while reinforced outer areas deliver next-level durability so the pants stay protected inside and out.
Responsibly made
The new Moto apparel is PFAS-free and uses an updated eco-conscious DWR coating to repel dirt and water and to help prevent stains. Packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable.
Alongside the 5.5 Moto Apparel, Leatt’s 2026 Moto collection includes refreshed helmets, boots, and goggle lines. More information is available at Leatt.com.
