Graham Jarvis and Arctic Leopard Join Forces for the Future of Electric Enduro

EICMA 2026 has delivered another major electric off-road announcement: Graham Jarvis and Arctic Leopard are joining forces to develop the next generation of electric enduro motorcycles.

The partnership was officially announced in Milan, together with the creation of the Arctic Leopard Jarvis Factory Team. The plan goes beyond putting Jarvis’ name on a motorcycle — the Hard Enduro legend and his racing team will be directly involved in development, testing and pushing future electric machines in some of the toughest terrain possible.

Ride Nordica - True Hard Enduro Experience in Romania

Jarvis Brings Real Electric Hard Enduro Experience

Jarvis is hardly starting from zero when it comes to electric racing. He has already been deeply involved with the JARV-E electric Hard Enduro project, putting electric technology through real extreme-enduro conditions rather than simply demonstration runs.

At Erzbergrodeo, Jarvis brought the JARV-E to the finish, becoming one of only 15 riders to complete the race. His enormous Hard Enduro experience — including victories at Romaniacs, Erzbergrodeo and Sea to Sky — makes him a particularly valuable development rider for an electric platform.

That is exactly what makes this partnership interesting. Arctic Leopard gains a rider who understands how a motorcycle needs to behave when traction, balance and controllable power matter more than headline horsepower.

Arctic Leopard Jarvis Factory Team Is Born

The new partnership will focus on developing next-generation factory racing motorcycles, improving electric off-road performance and competing in some of the toughest Hard Enduro events in the world.

XGRIP Engine Mounts for More Flex and Control

For now, Arctic Leopard has not confirmed exactly which future production model will result from the collaboration. That may actually be the most interesting part: instead of unveiling a finished “Jarvis Edition”, the project begins with development and racing.

XD Pro Shows Where Arctic Leopard Is Heading

Alongside the Jarvis announcement, Arctic Leopard brought the XD Pro to Europe at EICMA. According to THE PACK, the full-size electric off-road machine features a 35 kW / 47 hp peak motor, a 74V 76Ah battery, 21/18-inch wheels and a claimed top speed of 120 km/h.

The manufacturer quotes the XD Pro at 89 kg, although published distributor figures can differ. European pricing and availability have not yet been confirmed.

XC Pro Also Breaks Cover

EICMA also saw the XC Pro shown outside China, adding another model to Arctic Leopard’s growing electric off-road range. Full specifications remain limited for now, but the bike is positioned as a more track-focused machine.

Whether the XD Pro, XC Pro or an entirely new platform eventually becomes the basis for the Jarvis-developed Hard Enduro bike remains to be seen.

JARV-E Experience Meets a Bigger Electric Project

That is what makes this partnership worth watching.

JARV-E has already demonstrated what can happen when electric motorcycle development is pushed into genuine Hard Enduro conditions. Arctic Leopard now adds a broader motorcycle platform and manufacturing capability, while Jarvis brings decades of experience finding traction in places where traction should not exist.

This is also an important step for electric Hard Enduro. Instead of simply asking whether an electric motorcycle can survive an extreme race, development is increasingly moving towards the next question:

How good can an electric Hard Enduro motorcycle actually become? With Graham Jarvis helping to find the answer, this project should be interesting to follow.
