24MX Getzenrodeo: Lettenbichler Heads Home as Championship Leader

The countdown is on! In just over a week, the legendary 24MX Getzenrodeo returns to the small village of Griessbach, Saxony, for round six of the 2025 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship.

Known for its tight forest trails, roaring crowds, and pure chaos in the Getzenwald, this German classic stands as one of the crown jewels of the entire Hard Enduro calendar.

Home Hero in Command

After five rounds, Manuel Lettenbichler remains firmly in control of the world championship standings. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider has delivered multiple victories this season, most recently a dominant win at Sea to Sky in Turkey — ahead of Mario Roman and Mitch Brightmore.

Now, returning to home soil in Saxony, the defending world champion looks to thrill the German fans once again and extend his lead as the series approaches its finale.

The same top trio — Lettenbichler, Roman, and Brightmore — are expected to headline the fight for victory in the Getzenwald, with their pace and consistency setting the tone for another fierce showdown.

Bolt on the Comeback Trail

After a difficult weekend in Turkey, Billy Bolt (Husqvarna Factory Racing) arrives in Germany eager to bounce back. The British rider, currently second in the standings, was hampered by food poisoning at Sea to Sky and could only manage 11th overall.

Fully recovered, Bolt is determined to hit back at Getzen and keep his championship hopes alive as the battle intensifies.

Junior Title Fight: Moore vs. Bähker

Adding extra drama to the weekend, the 24MX Getzenrodeo will also decide the FIM Junior Hard Enduro World Championship.

All eyes will be on Felix Bähker, the young German star from Baden-Württemberg, who has impressed this season with strong results against world-class opposition. Sitting second in the junior standings behind James Moore, Bähker will have the home crowd on his side as he pushes for the world title in front of family and fans.
