Round 2 of FIM SuperEnduro World Championship GP of Germany impressed again with it’s track, and with the German atmosphere which was LOUD! The same we can say about Mario Popovici who made a great race, showing us that he has the skills for SuperEnduro!
Qualifications and the morning wasn’t so good for the Romanian rider, but all changed after the qualifications! The times where tight, and Mario qualified 9th seconds behind the leader. Second heat saw TopCross TCS rider leading the race till the last lap! It was and intense race but in the end Rieju Romania rider had to settle in 4th… somehow just meters before the finish line he was took over.
“A fourth place gave me more confidence and now I’m even motivated for the home race, in Romania! The German GP result ranked me 10th overall and lets hope for the best in Cluj!” said Mario for Zona Enduro.
