After five relentless days on the trails, just one race remains—the motocross finale. Mother Nature made riding a mud-fest, with heavy rain turning grass and dirt into slick chaos where even the cleanest lines offered no safety net. One wrong move could wreck your day.

Spain Drops to Fifth in World Trophy

The Spanish Trophy team—Josep García, Julio Pando, Sergio Navarro, and Alejandro Navarro—fell to 5th place today, knocked off their previous spot by the USA, but only 36 seconds behind them.

But don’t count them out: Josep García pulled off another day win, clawing back time on Verona and solidifying his lead in the overall scratch classification—riding hard even as the mud tested every ounce of control.

Junior Team Also in Fifth

The Junior squad—Alex Puey, Yago Domínguez, and Albert Fontova—faced the same treacherous conditions and ended the day in 5th place as well. They’re locked in a fight to stay in the top five and now look to the motocross finish to try and overtake the Americans for fourth.

National Coach Feels It

Jaume Betriu, the Spanish national selector, didn’t sugarcoat it:

“Today was the last real day of enduro—and it was brutal mud. We lost some time in both World Trophy and Junior, but everyone’s still in the race and pumped for that final motocross throwdown.”
