Sherco Enduro Models Updates for 2024

Sherco has unveiled their 2024 enduro model range, featuring exciting updates for both two-stroke and four-stroke bikes.

The highlight of the new models is the introduction of more powerful 250/300 4T engines.

Sherco’s factory EnduroGP riders have hinted at significant improvements in the new bikes, and the details are finally here.

Key Model Updates:

  • The 2024 models showcase a new look with grey colors and a redesigned front fender.
  • The range includes seven models: 125, 250, and 300 two-strokes, along with 250, 300, 450, and 500 four-strokes.
  • The chassis updates feature stronger frames, aluminum rear sprockets, robust wheels, and renowned KYB suspension units.
  • The standard Sherco Racing models retain the KYB closed cartridge front suspension, KYB rear shock, Brembo brake system, and Selle Dalla Valle seat cover.
  • The front wheel design has been upgraded for the 2024 models, with stronger and lighter rims, spokes, hubs, and improved mud ingress defense.
  • The new swingarm, 200 grams lighter, enhances traction and riding comfort, accompanied by new bearings and seals, and a two-position chain tensioner.
  • The two-stroke engine top mounts have been redesigned to reduce vibration and improve top-end accessibility.

New 250 and 300 Engines:

  • Engine improvements include enhanced oil and water coolant systems, with new crankcases improving engine cooling.
  • The engine’s visual appearance is updated with magnesium clutch and ignition covers for reduced weight.
  • Serviceability is enhanced with repositioned oil sight glass and oil filler cap on the clutch side engine case.
  • An integrated engine balancer shaft improves internal weight and reduces noise.
  • The 300 engine features new intake and exhaust ports, titanium intake valves, and valve springs to enhance efficiency and power.
  • The 300 engine’s rev limit reaches 13,700rpm, and there’s a significant reduction in engine braking.
  • A gear position sensor allows for optimized engine response in each gear.
  • The 300 model also benefits from an increased throttle body diameter to boost top-end power.
