Hixpania day 1: Jonny Walker wins SuperEncierro.

Jonny Walker has taken the urban prologue of Hixpania. A test based on a Spanish bullrunning in the main square of Aguilar de Campoo. More than 3,500 spectators have enjoyed a show in which Walker was followed by the Spanish Alfredo Gómez and Billy Bolt, third.

Hixpania has begun with the prologue called SuperEncierro. An urban race where riders have faced a circuit decorated as a bullrunning track. More than 3,500 people have enjoyed the show in the center of Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia).

The KTM rider, Jonny Walker, achieved the victory in a disputed final where more than 30,000 people have watched live race in social networks. Walker fought face to face with his other two partners on the podium: the Spanish Alfredo Gómez, second, and the British of Husqvarna Billy Bolt, third.


Today is the second test, a 50 kilometer journey around the reservoir of Aguilar de Campo, in the mountains of Palencia. Tomorrow the final race of Hixpania will be MITAS The Lost Way from 11h.
